SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Seam & Strand. This policy outlines our shipping practices for orders placed at seamandstrand.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We do not process or ship on weekends or major US holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Domestic shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Seam & Strand is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, please contact us at hello@seamandstrand.com immediately.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@seamandstrand.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date, whichever is later. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
